Intermediate Ride (C) with Philly Bike Club- BI ARC First Loop (38R)

Be Safe, Have Fun, and Ride Together
The Philly Bike Club is spending the weekend in Bird in Hand.

We are hosting a Saturday morning ride 12-16 mph.

Ride leader: Dave Stauffer will lead at a 14 mph pace
We need a volunteer to lead at a 15-16 pace and a volunteer for sweep.

Average Pace: (12-16 mph)
Route: BIH ARC First Loop

This is an Intermediate C Class ride expanded to include a more casual pace group. The ride leader will ride at the advertised average speed. This is intended to be a group ride with a no-drop rule as the main goal. The ride leaders will do his/her best to keep the pace groups together with occasional regroupings and/or splitting into multiple groups to align to pace capabilities.

There will be an optional coffee stop in intercourse at approx. 30 miles.

Please do not join this ride if you are not willing to ride with the group. If you exceed the posted pace, you will be riding by yourself and encouraged to join a faster group. If maintaining a 14-16 mph average is beyond your current ability level, please consider joining a slower ride first.

Helmets are mandatory. No earbuds. Please bring water and a basic repair kit (spare tube, tire levers, pump/CO2 inflator).
