Casual ride to the Solonco Fair 20 miles R Pace 12 mph RSVP required

Starting from the parking lot of the L-S YMCA, join your bike club members and friends for a ride to the Solonco fair. The riding between Lampeter and Quarryville is very hilly; there are a number of difficult climbs. To avoid this we are going to ride for the most part on route 222, which most of the time has a wide shoulder. If we take our time and ride in single file, we will be safe.
This is a casual ride. Please do not sign up unless you will stay together with the group. There will be a sweep with no one left behind.
Like all rides helmets are required; Have a spare tube for someone to change your flat; and have plenty of liquid to drink. We will arrive at the fair and stay for an hour or so. Good Yummy food, farm animals, tractors, etc. Afterwards returning to Lampeter.
To eliminate passing around a pen and paper waiver, we encourage LBC Club membership and Meetup RSVP below to join this ride. RSVP also allows us to contact you after the ride if needed. If you do not RSVP you are not covered by the club excess accident insurance policy; only club members who RSVP are covered. Being on Meetup does not mean you are a club member.
