~4-5 miles. Spicebush to Explorer trail to Middle Creek trail to Elders trail to Horsehoe trail to Vallew View trail to Spicebush. Actual distance and route subject to change based on day-of weather and trail conditions.

There are toilet facilities in the Visitors Center.
Please bring your own water and energy snack and first aid kit. I always strongly encourage bringing hiking poles. Please be sure to
familiarize yourself with the route and terrain to make sure this hike is within your capabilities.
It is hunting season so please remember to wear blaze orange or some other high viz clothing.
After hike coffee/lunch at ??? Open to suggestions but not making resevervations anywhere.
