Change Begins with Acceptance - Half Day Course

Acceptance is the key to make change meaningful. Most of the problems and frustrations we have in our life come as a result of our attitude towards change. Often when we get comfortable and happy with our situation, new changes arise and if we are not careful a new cycle of uncertainty and frustration begins. Since change is unavoidable, we should learn to welcome and adjust to it instead of opposing it. Each new change gives us an opportunity to grow, to change ourselves, and learn how to be equally happy in any and all circumstances.

Everyone is welcome to join our Saturday morning course, regardless of background or previous experience of meditation.

The course will consist of two session including a talk and guided meditation. There will be a tea break and refreshments provided.
