March Meeting -- Buy Fresh, Buy Local & What is a CSA?

Details
Is it Spring yet? In anticipation of the cessation of snow, we're honored to welcome Linda Aleci as our March speaker. She is not only a Professor at Franklin & Marshall, she is the head of Buy Fresh, Buy Local and ready to educate us about this vital organization. Linda will also help us understand about CSA's (community supported agriculture) -- what they are, how they work, and the benefits of getting involved. She will bring resources to share with us.
We also have Granola Kits to share for those who didn't make it to the February meeting. Sarah, head of Nuts About Granola, is still seeking your feedback on taste, packing, the whole shootin' match. So, pick up your box and survey and get back to her asap.
As always, we want your creative food endeavors to share with the group in March. It's always so cool to see what people bring and enjoy dinner together with the tasty results of your efforts.
Remember that it needs to not require immediate refrigeration or reheating, due to limited facilities. Please bring a print out of what your dish is and how you made it, so you can share the info with the group.
Please RSVP at your earliest convenience so I know how much water, plates, etc to purchase. Looking forward to seeing you!
