Explore Energy Lake, Land Between the Lakes - Kayak Paddle (~3-4 miles)

Explore spring and nature's festivities on Energy Lake (~3.0 to 4 miles) - Saturday June 22nd, 8-10:30 a.m. We will meet at the boat launch on the south side of dam and off of Forest Service Road 154 (See R for Ramp at Energy Lake Day Use Area on map at this link: https://lblsite.blob.core.windows.net/lblmaps/GeneralBrochure23CLUpdated_2023.pdf) We will kayak along the south shoreline to the end of the lake, into the upper streams as far as water levels allow, and around onto the north shoreline then back to the boat launch. Plan to be ready to start kayaking at 8 am. Bring your binoculars if you are into birding, some water, snacks, sunscreen, bug repellent, and hat/sun visor.
