Join us for Landbound’s 4AM Basecamp Training, a weekday morning fitness session designed to help you stay ready for any outdoor adventure. Whether you’re training for hiking, camping, climbing, or simply want to start your day grounded and strong, this session is for you.
We’ll meet at Anytime Fitness for roughly 2 hours of strength, cardio, and mobility training. You can follow your own plan, join others for a shared circuit, or focus on skill-based conditioning. The goal is simple: build consistency, resilience, and community before sunrise.

Participation in this event requires an active Anytime Fitness membership.
Please ensure you have an existing membership at this location (or a valid multi-location pass) before attending. Access to the facility cannot be provided otherwise.

The purpose of this recurring event is to create a structured, low-friction way to stay physically prepared for our outdoor adventures. Think of this as our weekday basecamp, a consistent meeting point to train together, keep accountable, and sharpen both mind and body.
This event is ideal for:

Please check in at the front desk if required, then gather near the main training area before 4AM.

🕓 Schedule
- 4:00 AM: Arrival, introductions, optional warm-up
- 4:15 – 5:45 AM: Training block (individual or group workouts)
- 5:45 – 6:00 AM: Cooldown, updates, and optional social time
You can stay for the full session or adjust as needed — consistency matters more than duration.
