Styling Accessibility: a Web Components approach with Zalando

Web Components is moving forward and being supported by an increasing number of browsers. It is based on existing web standards but, with the possibility of custom Elements, accessibility may get overlooked.

The purpose of this meetup is to discuss this delicate balance and provide an example of how Zalando has been managing it without compromising accessibility. The talk will be led by Cristiano Correia - Senior FrontEnd Engineer at the company's Digital Experience Hub in Lisbon.
