We host regular virtual meetups (with occasional in‑person events in yourareayour areayourarea) where we:

Break down real‑world land and value‑add deals: zoning, numbers, risks
Talk through entitlement, ADUs, SB 9, and small development
Run “Skill & Needs” sessions where members share what they bring (capital, land, construction, design, consulting) and what they’re looking for
Occasionally host investor presentation / “deal lab” nights, focused on education and feedback—not hype

Make smarter decisions about land and projects in Southern California
