**「名古屋飯イベント」**を開催します！
今回は、名古屋出身のスタッフが
滞在中の外国人ゲストと一緒に楽しむ、ゆるっとしたごはんイベントです。
🍲 どて煮
愛知・岡崎発祥のローカルフード。
赤味噌ベースで、豚もつやこんにゃくを甘辛く煮込んだ、
名古屋らしさ全開の一品。
🍨 小倉トーストあいす
名古屋の喫茶店名物「小倉トースト」から着想。
バニラアイスに粒あんとパンラスクをトッピング！
英語が話せなくても大丈夫！
食べながら、飲みながら、自然に混ざって楽しみましょう！

Join us for a casual food night with international guests staying at the hostel and local visitors.
The event is hosted by a staff member from Nagoya, who will introduce some classic local flavors.
No rules, no pressure — just come by, eat, drink, and hang out.
🍲 Dote-ni (Miso Stewed Pork)
A comfort food from central Japan.
Pork offal and konnyaku slowly simmered in a rich, slightly sweet red miso sauce.
Great with drinks and very popular in the Nagoya area.
🍨 Ogura Toast Ice
Inspired by a famous Nagoya café dish.
Vanilla ice cream topped with sweet red bean paste and crispy bread rusks.
You don’t need any knowledge about Nagoya or Japan,
and you don’t need to speak Japanese to join.
