CYCLING FROM YINGGE TO DAXI OLD STREET

Cycling from Yingge New Taipei City to Daxi Taoyuan around 3-4 hours!
The route is easy. Mostly natural path in cycling path. During cycling you will be amazed by the scenery like mountains, lake, bridges, river, grass and rice field. We will stop for a while to take pictures on the way to daxi old street.
This is the itinerary for the trip
09.00-09.20: gather in platform 3A/B number 8/9
09.26-09.50: taking local train (get off in yingge)
09.50-10.10: walking to sanying rental bike
10.10-10.30: renting bike

We will rent the bike from sanying not yiubike because it would be not wnough for us!
10.30-13.30: cycling from yingge to daxi
We will visit and stop by in some places
• sanying art village
• pottery tower
• sanying longyao bridge
• yingge river
• tree shade
• water pipe bridge
• yuan mountain weir
• grassland (short picnic and playing games/kite)
• across the bridge
• cycling nearby the lake
• parking the bike in Ubike spot
13.30-14.00: walking to daxi Old Street
14.00-15.30 : lunch or buying food/snack
15.30-16.00: walking to parking Ubike
16.00-17.30: cycling to sanying rental bike (back to yingge) we will pass on the same road but little bit different way with rice field scenery not the lake anymore.
17.30-18.00: sanying rental bike and paying
18.00-18.15: walking to yingge station
18.32-19.02: take the train to taipei
EXPENSES :
1. Trip to yingge 31NTD (one way) X 2 round trip
2. Rent the bike 180 NTD for 4 hours with the basket or the mountain bike is around 260 NTD for 4 hours
3. Lunch is around 100-300
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING ?
1. EASY CARD (important) at least you have 400 NTD inside to pay the bike if you don’t have credit card or Line pay
2. Water 2 L
3. Snacks
4. Have breakfast before going. It’s important because we will have late lunch around 2 pm.
5. UV protection and rain coat
6. Hat (it’s important so you don’t get heatstroke)
