Retro on Retros

Details
With Agile practices now permeating almost every working environment, retros occur more frequently than before. Scrum Masters will attempt to keep retros fresh by facilitating with different styles or illustrations to increase engagement. While various retro styles ask slightly different questions to arrive at similar answers (successes, areas for improvement, etc), different styles can oftentimes lead to different kinds of feedback from your team.
In this ACE, we will actually compare some of the more popular different retro styles and their effects on the conversation you have with your team. This information will help you consider additional factors when trying to decide which retro model to use. Additionally, we will discuss best practices for facilitating retros, and conclude by inviting you to share your best practices and tips to help all of our retros collectively become more effective.
