AI is coming for our jobs! Or is it?

While flashy AI tools promise efficiency at a massive scale, many organizations are falling flat as they apply AI to broken, bloated, or unnecessary processes. Before we make a process faster, we need to first make the system better!

During this interactive community workshop, we’ll review the latest research from Atlassian on AI and the impact it’s having on the workplace, as well as explore why mastering basic teamwork practices isn’t just relevant in the age of AI…they’re essential. We’ll take a look at some real-world AI failures and then flip the script to show how applying modern teamwork practices can make AI truly impactful. Along the way, you’ll learn three actionable practices that will help your team get the most out of AI. So let's lead the future of teamwork, not fear it.

Dinner will also be provided (if you attend in person!), so come out and learn, have fun, and have some good food with some good people 💛
