This talk takes you through our journey—highlighting what worked, what didn’t, and how we structure Laravel projects today to ensure maintainability, performance, and team productivity. Whether you’re starting a new app or refactoring some legacy app, you’ll walk away with practical insights you can apply to your own Laravel projects.
