In this session you will learn how LeSS defines a product, how you can find your product definition in three steps. You will define products and experience the suggested practices in small groups on real product examples of the participants. Afterwards we will reflect and discuss your product definitions and how you get along with it.
Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) is for large product development groups. “More with LeSS” is the subtitle of LeSS and means that LeSS targets, among others, for more organizational flexibility with less organization. LeSS is the descaling Framework and to reduce unnecessary organizational complexity exists only one Product Backlog and one Product Owner per product in LeSS. Therefore, the product definition becomes very important and very often the product definition may change over time!
