Creating Agile Organizations without using a framework

Creating Agile Organization (CAO) is an alternative to existing frameworks or a meaningful way to complete shortcomings in your current approach. Instead of predetermined rules, CAO shows how an organization can develop towards agility with the help of a systematic approach, axiomatic design methods, and the application of principles and guidelines. LeSS is a minimal approach and as such it has gaps. The question is how do we close these gaps and based on which approaches? CAO offers answers to these questions.
