With Creating Agile Organizations you will learn to build your own framework, and change or extend existing ways of working so that you end up with an organizational design that is "fit for purpose".
In this meetup, Wolfgang Steffens (certified trainer for Creating Agile Organizations, certified LeSS trainer & coach) will demonstrate typical organizational problems and apply different guidelines. Based on the cases, we will examine which capabilities an organization has, which are needed, and how we can close the gap. Afterward, we will have an extensive Q&A.

Creating Agile Organization (CAO) is an alternative to existing frameworks or a meaningful way to complete shortcomings in your current approach. Instead of predetermined rules, CAO shows how an organization can develop towards agility with the help of a systematic approach, axiomatic design methods, and the application of principles and guidelines. LeSS is a minimal approach and as such it has gaps. The question is how do we close these gaps and based on which approaches? CAO offers answers to these questions.
