Joe Justice led and operated Agile@Tesla from the TESLA headquarters working with and alongside Elon Musk. He is the author of "Scrum Master: The Agile Training Seminar for Business Performance", published in 7 languages. Joe has worked with Bill Gates and the leadership team at Amazon, spoken at Google and Microsoft.
Creator of eXtreme Manufacturing, Joe founded WIKISPEED which became an example of automotive design and production speed. His teams have held 3 world records. He is famous for practicing 3-hour sprints with "daily" Scrum once every 45 minutes!
Certified Scrum Trainer, he was personally endorsed by and worked directly with Dr. Jeff Sutherland. He is a TEDx speaker and chair of the board of directors of Agile Business Institute.
Joe will speak about Agile at Tesla and how Elon Musk builds flat organizations. A special topic will be about running extremely short sprints and a practice called "walk-up simple". You'll have a chance to ask your questions and get practical advice directly from Joe!
