Component and Feature teams.. a fun way to get a taste of these concepts

Most of the teams working in agile environment are typically formed either a feature teams or component teams.

Each of these team structure have their own strengths and weaknesses.

During this session, we will explore these two ideas of forming teams and play a game to simulate working of these two teams.
