A variety of tai chi and qigong exercises. Note: this is not a class but a practice or 'play' session, it is helpful to know the fundamentals and basic postures of tai chi, or it can be optimum if you are open to trying new things with no judgements. The only bad tai chi and qi gong is unsafe tai chi and qigong, or practicing with bad intentions Let's explore and play with Tai Chi. Qigong exercises, (8 brocades/ animal frolic). Fundamentals of tai chi and short T.C. forms including Tai chi for Health, tai chi for circulation, 8 movement, modified fan form, and a Minnesota version of Tai Chi. No judgements. Cultivate mind /body, transfer of weight, and breath exercises.
