Note: this is not a class but a practice or 'play' session, it is helpful to know the fundamentals and basic postures of tai chi, or it can be optimum if you are open to trying new things with no judgements. The only bad tai chi and qi gong is unsafe tai chi and qigong, or practicing with bad intentions. All ages. FREE
