An indoor session to explore and play with Tai Chi. Qigong exercises, (8 brocades/ animal frolic/ 5 element). Fundamentals of tai I chi and short Tai chi forms including Tai chi for Health, tai chi for circulation, 8 movement, modified fan form, and a Minnesota version of Tai Chi. No judgements. Cultivate mind /body, transfer of weight, and breath exercises. Ages 16+.
Five sessions for $ 20.00, ten sessions for $40.00. For people with tai chi experience who want to continue practice.
