🌿 Sacred Trails: Nature, Sound & Tea

Join us for a gentle, guided experience in nature designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

We’ll begin with a light hike to get grounded and present in our bodies. From there, we’ll settle in for a sound bath to support relaxation, release, and nervous system reset.

We’ll close with a warm tea ritual to gently bring us back and integrate the experience.

This space is for people who are feeling:

  • Stressed or overwhelmed
  • Disconnected or out of balance
  • In need of calm, clarity, and fresh energy

No experience is needed—just come as you are.

🌿 What to Bring

  • Water
  • A blanket or mat for the sound bath
  • Comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots
  • Layers for the weather

đź’° Donation-Based Offering

This is a donation-based event (suggested $10–$20) to support the time and care that goes into creating these experiences. Donations can be made via Venmo or cash at the event.

🌤️ Weather & Scheduling

This event is scheduled for Sunday, April 26th. Spring weather in Colorado can be unpredictable, so in the event of unsafe or unfavorable conditions (such as heavy rain or high winds), we will reschedule to Sunday, May 3rd.
We’ll communicate any updates as needed and keep everyone informed.
