Lace up your hiking shoes and join us for a trail hiking adventure at the Old St. Hillary's Preserve, in Tiburon.

Views, views and more views! You will see all three bridges, Mount Tamalpais, Sausalito, San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Angel Island, and lots of the bay!

Whether you're new in town or a seasoned local, this is a great opportunity to connect with like-minded outdoor enthusiasts. Estimated difficulty: 4 (1 to 10): The trails are well groomed, however in the beginning there some stairs and some hills in this one, before it mellows out a bit. Mostly it's either streets or the trails like you see in the photo attached.

Maybe 20 minutes up, then it levels out on the ridge with nice views of the bay and Mt Tamalpais, San Francisco and all three bridges. The first part goes through wealthy Tiburon, then we end up at the Old St. Hillary Preserve.

🌿 Trail Type: Steps, roads, and well maintained trails.

It might be a bit chilly with wind up there, so bring layers, and bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats!

Directions:
(Coming from 101):

  1. Tiburon Blvd to Avenida Miraflores Rd (2 miles in about).
  2. Left onto Avenida Miraflores
  3. Drive to the top (1 mile), park!

Park at the end.

Hike meeting location: End of Avenida Miraflores in Tiburon
Parking: Lot's of parking on the road.
