LARPBO PACK WALK GUIDELINES:

First rule of our pack walks is to BE SAFE so that everyone has fun

#1 All dogs must be on a secure collar and leash. Dogs using e-collars must also be on a leash. Prong collars should be backed up with a carabiner. Short leashes are recommended (less than 6 feet). Retractable leashes are not allowed as they provide little control.

#2 Harness Use: Harnesses are not recommended due to diminished control and increased risk of escape. Should a harness be used for medical reasons, it must be backed up with a flat or Martingale collar. Small “Toy” dogs, under 20 lbs, may use a harness due to the risk of injury to the neck.

#3 PLEASE NO NOSE TO NOSE CONTACT (dog to dog that is). We recommend maintaining a six-foot distance.

#4 One dog per handler.

#5 Please bring doggie poop bags.

#6 Make sure you bring water for you and your dog.

#7 Share the road. Move to the right to let others pass.

  • There will be foot traffic, bikes, and several other dogs. If your dog tends to be reactive to any of these distractions, please be EXTRA mindful and prepared.
  • If you have additional questions, please read the full basic LARPBO General Rules of Conduct
