Welcome to the Los Angeles Ruby Meetup Group. This is a thriving developers community through the efforts of everyone involved. Members generally refer to this group as "LA Ruby". We also have postings where we are referred to as "laruby" and even "la-ruby".
The Los Angeles Ruby/Rails Meetup Group is for anyone interested in learning or sharing experiences with "Ruby" or "Ruby on Rails".

Join LA Ruby for our first Techy Brekky, a social breakfast event for our LA Ruby community. Details are still being shaped (like exact location and whether or not there will be a sponsor to cover our costs), but consider this a save-the-date. Hope you can make it. RSVP if you'd like to join us. This will be limited to 20 attendees.
What we know:
- Will be the morning of Friday 9/26 from 9-10:30a or so
- Will be in Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Hermosa, or Redondo
- Will be lots of familiar and new faces
- Will be fun and delicious
- Will limit it to 20 people
What we don't:
- Exact location in the South Bay
- If I can find a sponsor to pay for it
- If we have a speaker (go to our Slack to weigh in on this)
