Después de una semana de trabajo y entrenamiento, los viernes son para disfrutar 🏐✨ After Work Volley es nuestro evento social para poner en práctica lo aprendido en dinámicas 4v4 y 2v2 — 3 horas de juego continuo con nuestra gente.
Llegás, dejás tus cosas, hacemos un calentamiento en equipo 🔥 y vos elegís: ¿una breve clase con uno de nuestros instructores o directamente al juego libre? 🎯 Lo que tengas ganas.
Y cuando terminamos... nos vamos todos juntos a un bar para comer algo y tomar una birra bien fría 🍻🫂 Deporte + amigos + viernes = el plan perfecto. ¡No te lo pierdas!

✅ Formato: coordinado por 2–3 entrenadores del equipo de Las Arenas, para que el entrenamiento y los partidos sean ordenados, fluidos y con buen ambiente.
Si querés mejorar tu juego en la playa, sumar ritmo y entrenar en un ambiente divertido, este es tu lugar 🙌🏐

After a week of work and training, Fridays are all about enjoying the game 🏐✨ After Work Volley is our social event where you can put everything you've learned into practice through 4v4 and 2v2 formats — 3 hours of continuous play with our community.
You arrive, drop your things, and join a team warm-up 🔥. Then the choice is yours: a short coaching session with one of our instructors, or straight into open play 🎯. Whatever you feel like.
And when we're done... we all head to a local bar together for some food and a well-deserved cold beer 🍻🫂. Sports + friends + Friday = the perfect plan. Don't miss it!

✅ Format: Coordinated by 2–3 coaches from the Las Arenas team to ensure training sessions and matches are organized, dynamic, and played in a great atmosphere.
