We start our journey in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, meeting at “La Puntilla”, right in front of Café Ciao Ciao. From there, we walk together for about 30 minutes to the serene and little-known Playa del Confital.

As we follow the coastal path along cliffs and rocky shores—away from the busy tourist areas—you’ll have space to connect with others and tune into the calming rhythm of the sea and nature.

🧘‍♂️ The meditation experience
On the beach, you’ll be guided into a deep state of relaxation by Stephanie Ferretti, a licensed psychologist and experienced hypnotherapist. Using gentle hypnotic techniques, she’ll help you connect with your unconscious mind—where clarity, creativity, and personal transformation begin.

Please bring a beach towel, some water, and clothing suitable for the weather. If the wind is too strong, the meditation will take place on a scenic beach at Playa del Confital.
