Inspired by Power Yoga, this dynamic practice focuses on physical and mental intensity. It combines vigorous postures with controlled breathing to strengthen the body and cultivate mental resilience.
Duration: 1h10
Benefits:
• Strengthens physical power and endurance.
• Improves focus and mental discipline.
• Supports weight loss and muscle toning.
• Provides an energetic practice to release tension and stress.
Ideal environment:
Practice in a quiet place free from distractions. Minimize noise sources as much as possible. You can light incense if you wish (such as white sage or palo santo).
Preparation for the session:
Prepare a yoga mat, or you can practice directly on the floor if it is not too uncomfortable.
Have a yoga block nearby to assist with some postures (optional).
Waiting room access time:
The session takes place on Zoom (link available in the event). The waiting room opens 10 minutes before the session and remains accessible up to 10 minutes after it begins.
For the comfort of all participants and to ensure the session runs smoothly, access will no longer be possible after this period.
