MAY- Epilepsy Social Night

If you are 18 and over and living with epilepsy, you are not alone.
Join the "Epilepsy Social Night" Group which gets together once a month, to connect, do a fun activity, and simply be ourselves.

This month, join us for a fun-filled evening of creativity and connection at Pinot’s Palette! Painting is a powerful form of art therapy, especially for those loving with epilepsy. Art can soothe the mind, support emotional healing and be a therapeutic way to express feelings.
We’ll paint, unwind, and enjoy a safe, supportive space with others who truly get what it’s like to live with epilepsy. Come meet new people, express yourself through therapeutic art, and share some laughs with friendly faces.
