In recognition of International Epilepsy Day, R.E.S.E.T. (Recognizing Epilepsy & Seizure Education & Training) will be hosting a live educational webinar designed for caregivers, families, and community members who want to better understand epilepsy from someone with lived experience.
This presentation combines real-world perspective with evidence-based education to support meaningful understanding and compassion. Duration is 2 hours, including a 10-minute break, short educational videos, and time for questions and discussion.
The session focuses on:
🟣Understanding epilepsy and seizures,
🟣Recognizing the most common types of seizures,
🟣Knowing how to respond safely and compassionately
🟣 When a seizure is a medical emergency
🟣 How to support someone living with epilepsy
