About the event:
Forget the burden of a gym and all those heavy weights! Get your workout on with resistance bands. Join The Phoenix for a session of fun resistance band training focusing on select muscle groups. You'll be surprised at how much resistance bands may add to your existing workout program! If you're a beginner, there's no better way to start than using a Linear Variable Resistance (LVR) program. Workout will feature safe stretch/warmup, into/explanation of LVR, work out of one or more body parts, and cooldown.

MUST HAVE 48 HOURS OF SOBRIETY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT!

What to bring?
Recommend bringing 1 liter of water, towel, workout attire including lightweight windbreaker, and a smile.

Special Instructions:
Meet in the open air lobby on the second floor of the Foundation for Recovery building.
