Are you a parent looking for social opportunities for your special needs child? We are a new group looking for families this summer that want to make friends, have fun outings and help our kiddos have a great time! Making friends can be hard for all middle schoolers but especially for our kiddos... experiencing this ourselves we know that finding others that are like-minded can often take many attempts and in some cases success is not found... so with this in mind; I created this group and it is my sincere hope that our children will be able to look forward to getting "invited" to events, meet new friends, text appropriately and develop lasting social skills. We will get together in a safe, welcoming environment. Since we are still under uncertain health mandates; we will be asking our members for your suggestions on meeting places ! ...

Daytime Summer schedule: Meetings at least twice each month; perhaps more often at member requests
Hanging Out Night (dinner): casual social meeting with parents attending too!
pizza night etc. Us parents like to socialize too!
Social Outings throughout the month as allowed by health mandates
*Attendees under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them.
Open to:
Clark County, Vegas residents with learning disability special needs, high functioning autism/Aspergers, siblings welcome!
