This session will weave together Reiki, sound healing and light language, shared with the intention of bringing grounding, calm and clarity to whatever you may be moving through.

Find a comfortable space, put on some headphones or connect to a speaker, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive. You’re welcome to lie down, meditate, stretch, journal, or simply listen.

There’s nothing you need to prepare and no experience is necessary. Just show up and be open to receiving whatever is meant for you. 🤍
