This monthly gathering offers an accessible way to experience the benefits of Eastern medicine in a relaxed community setting. Led by Dr. Masako, Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, guests will receive a pulse assessment and have the opportunity to receive acupuncture, herbal recommendations, or a combination of both.

Drawing from decades of study and practice, Dr. Masako has created an extensive library of herbal formulas designed to support a wide range of concerns, from stress, sleep, digestion, immunity, energy, and overall wellness.

Whether you’re curious about acupuncture, interested in herbal support, or simply looking for a different approach to self care, this is a welcoming place to learn, receive, and connect with others in the community.
