Sound therapy is one of the most effective tools for deep healing and restoration. The Gong’s sound waves penetrate the body and energy field, stimulating the meridians, balancing the chakras, and strengthening the aura. It facilitates the movement of prana—the life force—throughout your system, helping you release blockages and restore natural harmony.

The Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program at RYK Yoga & Meditation Center is a 220-hour course certified by the Yoga Alliance for Registered Yoga Schools (RYS). Starts January 2026!

Designed for both aspiring teachers and individuals seeking personal growth, the program offers comprehensive instruction in Kundalini Yoga, including:

• Yoga Science: Understanding the essence and history of yoga.
• Kundalini Yoga: Exploring its origins and relationship with Tantra and Sikh Dharma.
• Teaching Methodology: Learning the art of becoming a vessel for pure Kundalini Yoga teachings.
• Anatomy and Physiology: Delving into human anatomy and the energetic framework of the body.
• Pranayama and Meditation: Mastering breathing techniques and diverse meditation practices.
• Yogic Tools: Incorporating asanas, bandhas, mudras, drishti, and mantras into practice.
• The Gong: Gaining hands-on experience with the Gong and understanding its transformative power.
• Ayurveda and Yogic Lifestyle: Embracing daily routines, balanced diets, and spiritual practices for holistic well-being.
• Teacher’s Toolkit: Acquiring skills to design and teach yoga classes, along with creative marketing strategies and ethical guidelines.

The training spans five months, with sessions held two weekends each month. Participants can choose between in-person classes at the Las Vegas studio or live online sessions, ensuring flexibility to accommodate various schedules and locations. Upon completion, graduates receive a globally recognized certification, empowering them to share the teachings of Kundalini Yoga worldwide.

This one-of-a-kind evening features renowned devotional musicians from India, deeply rooted in the living traditions of Bhakti Yoga, Sikh Shabads, Sufi Qawwali, and Tibetan Mantras. Their soulful presence and masterful instrumentation—harmonium, tabla, and voices full of devotion—create a vibrational field of healing, joy, and remembrance.

Through the sacred practice of call and response chanting, you’ll be guided into a space of connection and surrender. These mantras arise from diverse spiritual lineages, yet speak the same universal language of the heart.

You don’t need to be a singer, a yogi, or follow any particular path just bring an open mind and a willing voice. Whether it’s your first time or your hundredth, this is a chance to reconnect with your inner stillness, your aliveness, and the collective soul of community.
