Originally taught by wisdom teachers for exploring the deeper mind, Yoga Nidra helps uncover and purify the samskaras—the subtle impressions and past experiences that shape our desires, reactions, and actions (karma). Through entering the formless space of Conscious Deep Sleep, you can release these old imprints and experience true rest for both body and soul.

Whether you are new to meditation or have practiced for years, Yoga Nidra is simple and accessible. You’ll lie comfortably on your back, follow guided instructions, and drift into a deeply healing meditative state.
