Every Wednesday at 11:00 AM, we open the doors of our Patrick Lane office to hungry investors for a 90-minute "Deal Scrub." We aren't here to look at slides—we’re here to look at the deals.
The Agenda:
- 11:00 – 11:15: Market Pulse (What happened at the auction this morning?)
- 11:15 – 12:00: The Scrub (Bring 1–2 leads. We pull them up, check equity, and vet the deal live.)
- 12:00 – 12:30: The Hustle (Coordinate door knocks and follow-ups for the week.)
