• 09:30 AM | Execution Phase 2: Observation of a primary North Las Vegas target. This is where we break down the bid-to-value ratio and the "Subject To" potential in real-time.
• 10:30 AM | Post-Game Decompression: We conclude on the courthouse steps for a quick Q&A before transitioning to the office.
• 11:00 AM | Strategy Session at the Office: The morning concludes at our office for the weekly meeting. We’ll break down the auction results, look at the upcoming pipeline, and network with active local investors.
