### 🚗 Arrival & Gate Access

The property gate will open 15 minutes prior to the event. For safety and to support a smooth arrival, we ask that guests do not enter the property before the gate opens.
If you arrive early, you may line up in your vehicle at the entrance. Our team will assist with parking once the gate opens. Liability waivers will be available to review and sign upon arrival. This helps create a calm and organized flow for both guests and horses.

### ♿ Accessibility & Support

We want this experience to feel welcoming and supportive for everyone.
The arena has soft, sandy footing, which can be more difficult to walk on and may not be suitable for all mobility devices. Guests should be comfortable walking on sand for a short distance.
If you use a cane, walker, or have any mobility considerations, please reach out before the event so we can discuss the best way to support your arrival and seating.
We are happy to assist you from your vehicle to your seat and will do our best to create a comfortable experience.

### 🐴 Arena Arrival & Horse Interaction

Once parked, guests will be welcomed into the arena to settle in before we begin. Therapy horses may be out of their stalls under supervision prior to the Sound Bath, offering a gentle opportunity to connect.

### 👜 Caring for the Horses

To help maintain a calm and safe environment, we ask that bags remain in your vehicles. Horses are naturally curious and may explore with their noses, so this helps keep them relaxed and focused.

Chairs are provided and all guests will be comfortably seated during the session.

### 🧣 Dress for Comfort

Evening temperatures in Las Vegas can vary, so please dress in layers that feel comfortable for sitting and light movement.

Closed toe shoes are required for safety while in the arena.
