Las Vegas Tergar Practice Group

Our first meetup will be on this Saturday, starting at 10:00a.m. in the yoga room in Panorama Tower 1 (4525 Dean Martin Drive). We’ll start by introducing ourselves, including talking about our meditation experience and what we are looking for in a weekly meditation group. I will then lead a guided meditation. After that, we will discuss what came up during the meditation and other related things. Following the discussion, I will lead the closing meditation. The plan is for the formal session to end at 11:30 and be followed by socializing. Please bring a meditation cushion or a folding chair.
