Our mission is to help Nevada Certified and SEC Accredited Investors learn how to be successful pre-seed, seed, and angel investors.
We offer workshops that will help you understand the concepts involved in negotiating a deal with an early-stage company: how to properly value a company, what to look for in due diligence, and more.
If you want to learn all the aspects of being a successful angel investor, this is the club for you. We hold an annual event (AngelNV | https://angelnv.com) and quarterly educational events for startup investors and founders.
StartUpNV hosts fortnightly pitch days on Wednesday evenings at Black Fire (8400 W. Sunset) and the International Innovation Center @Vegas (S. 4th and Lewis Ave in downtown Vegas), which will also be on our calendar.
