Desert Dogs Indoor Lacrosse Game and Dinner

Let's go to Lee's Family Forum for an indoor lacrosse game.
The Desert Dogs will be playing the Ottawa Firewolves.

It will be a jersey giveaway night. The first 3500 fans to enter the building will get a Gretsky "City Edition" Jersey.

Before the game we will have an optional meeting at Cantina Tequila for dinner at 4:30.

After dinner, we will walk over to Lee's Family forum for the tailgate and game. We may try to get in line early to ensure that we are one of the first 3500 to receive a jersey.

If you don't want to walk, you can drive over, fight traffic and pay for parking.

If you are not interested in dinner, you can just meet us at the arena. The game starts at 7 PM.

An agent from the Desert Dogs contacted me and is offering us group tickets. The tickets are VIP midfield. The price is $55.00 per ticket.

When you sign up, I will message you for payment. I can take Zelle or Venmo (but I prefer Zelle). Everyone will have a day to make payment. If you don't pay promptly, I have the option to remove you from the event

By RSVP’ing to this event and signing this waiver and release of liability, I acknowledge that I voluntarily choose to participate in the above-named event (the “Las Vegas Active Adults 40+ MeetUp Group). I understand that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, equipment use, travel, weather conditions, and other unforeseen hazards.
1. Assumption of Risk:
I am voluntarily participating in the Event and assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or death.
2. Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Las Vegas Active Adults 40+ Meetup Group, its directors, organizers, co-hosts, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, partners, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained while participating in or traveling to/from the Event.
3. Medical Treatment:
I authorize the Organizer to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if needed. I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs incurred.
4. Media Release:
I grant the Organizer the right to take and use photographs, video, and audio recordings of me for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in any medium, without compensation.
5. Compliance with Rules:
I agree to comply with all Event rules, regulations, and instructions from event staff. I understand that failure to follow rules may result in removal from the Event without refund.
6. Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and all released parties from any claims brought against them as a result of my actions or omissions during the Event.
7. COVID-19 and Communicable Diseases:
I acknowledge the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses and voluntarily assume such risk. I agree to follow all health and safety protocols in place for the Event.
