Ready to experience a spectacular hike in Point Reyes National Park?
Then join for an unforgettable hike to the breathtaking Alamere Falls, one of the Bay Area's hidden natural gems. This isn't just any waterfall - it's a stunning 40-foot tidefall that cascades directly into the Pacific Ocean, one of only two such waterfalls in California!
Our adventure begins with a scenic hike through the diverse landscapes of Point Reyes National Seashore. We'll traverse lush forests, meadows teeming with wildlife, and serene coastal trails, culminating in the grand spectacle of Alamere Falls.
It's an epic campsite and campground has potable water, toilets and trash cans:). We will camp just off the beach and a mile north of the falls.
- Trail: ~11+ miles r/t or 13 miles r/t option, ~200'+ elevation gain
- Plan: 1 night or 2 nights option
- Cost: $30 pp for 2 nights or $20 pp for 1 night
- Carpool: based on confirmed people and carpool availability
- Trip confirmation: Your participation is confirmed after you have answered the pre-req questions, made the payment, and get a confirmation from me.
