Dog Daze of Summer at Desert Breeze Pool

**21th Annual Dog Daze of Summer hosted by Clark County Parks & Recreation**
**EVENT DATE: Saturday, September 5, 2025**
Join us for the Dog Daze of Summer at Desert Breeze Aquatic Facility for open swim sessions organized by dog size.
**Session Times by Dog Size:**
• **7:00-8:00 AM: Small Dogs (<30 lbs)** - Maximum 100 dogs
• **8:15-9:15 AM: Medium Dogs (30-65 lbs)** - Maximum 100 dogs
• **9:30-10:30 AM: Large Dogs (>65 lbs)** - Maximum 100 dogs
**CRITICAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION:**
**Pre-registration is REQUIRED - NO day-of or walk-in registrations accepted**
**Registration Details:**
• **Registration opens: August 6**
• **Registration closes: September 2**
• **Cost: $10 per dog**
• **Maximum 100 dogs per session**
• **Proof of vaccination REQUIRED**

**Important Pool Rules:**
• **Only dogs are allowed in the pool** (humans are spectators only)
• All dogs must be dog and people friendly
• Dogs must be leashed while entering/exiting facility
• **Proof of vaccination required - submit before event**
• Vendor raffle giveaways throughout the day

REGISTRATION OPENS THURSDAY 8/6/26 @ 7AM

Small dogs are under 30 lbs. Medium Dogs are 30-64lbs. Large Dogs are 65lbs or more. Dogs must be leashed while outside the facility. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL, NO HUMANS.

## AQ Desert Breeze - Special Events - 152111

Dog Daze of Summer is a fun event where dogs get to swim in the Desert Breeze Aquatic Facility outdoor waterpark.

Must show proof of dog's vaccinations. During registration you will receive instructions on how to submit proof of vaccinations via-email for fast check-in on day of event.
To register for this event, your dog should: play well with other dogs, enjoy the water, do well in loud chaotic environments, and not be aggressive towards humans.
