Food and Football

“Pizza and Cocktails” is temporarily going away. Welcome, “Food and Football”! For the next few months, we will crash a viewing party every Saturday. Examples include joining the Florida State Alumni Association at PKWY - Decatur as the Seminoles play New Mexico State at 4 pm on August 29, meeting up with the Alabama Alumni Association at Flecha - Town Square at 9 am on September 5, or antagonizing the University of Georgia Alumni Association at McMullan’s whenever the schedule will allow.

If college football isn’t your thing, I’ll be at Crab Corner (off Rainbow and the 215) on most Sundays at 10 am to watch the Ravens play whoever. The restaurant empties out around 1, so if your team has a late kickoff, there’s a good chance you can get your team on most of the TVs with the sound on.

Please note that if you have your own spot where you watch your own team play but would like to include members of the group, let me know and I’ll try to make an event.
