This 4-week series is an invitation to deepen your meditation practice through the classical teachings of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. Each week, we’ll explore one foundation through a blend of a Dharma talk, guided meditation, reflection, and discussion. This offering is rooted in Buddhist mindfulness teachings and designed to be both accessible and supportive for modern practitioners.
Each session includes:
- A 30-minute talk on the weekly theme
- A 30-minute guided meditation
- 15–30 minutes of group sharing and discussion
Weekly themes:
- Monday, August 4 | Week 1: Establishing a Practice and Mindfulness of Breath
- Monday, August 11 | Week 2: Mindfulness of Body
- Monday, August 18 | Week 3: Mindfulness of Emotions
- Monday, August 25 | Week 4: Mindfulness of Thoughts
I strongly encourage attending all four sessions for the full benefit, as each week builds upon the last. Consistency helps deepen your personal practice and fosters a supportive group container.
