This community is open to all—whether you're new to meditation or a longtime practitioner. Together, we explore the foundations of mindfulness and heart practices such as loving-kindness, compassion, forgiveness, and joy.

Rooted in the rich tradition of Buddhist psychology and supported by modern neuroscience, our offerings invite us to come home to ourselves with greater clarity, steadiness, and care. Through talks, guided meditations, reflections, and shared inquiry, we learn practical tools to be more present in our lives, meet our experiences with a wise and loving heart, and awaken to the deep freedom available within.
