Signal Peak, UT - LVMC 50 peak, and hopeful list completion

Details
This is a hike to summit Signal Peak, and its nearby sub-peak Burger Peak. It will be my LVMC list completion if I can summit White Mountain Peak, Ruby Dome, Mount Moriah, Pyramid Peak (NV), Lincoln Peak, Duckwater Peak, Currant Mountain and Potosi Mountain before this. I will be scheduling most of those in the near future.
The entire mountain has been closed because of the Forsyth Fire. The fire has been 99% contained, but the order is in effect until 8/31. The fire burned much of the lower portions of the Browns Point and Forsyth Trails, but not as far south as the peaks. Even if they do re-open, those trails will either remain closed or be very unpleasant to hike.
There are two routes from the south that will hopefully be re-opened.
BLAKE-GUBLER TRAIL TO SUMMIT TRAIL
The trailhead is southwest of Burger Peak. I have found only one report, and it was described last year as "seldom-used" and "not maintained", but otherwise didn't complain about using it. It is on recent government maps. But it is the only route that is well clear of the actual burn area. This route also passes under Burger Peak, so there is much less gain in this direction.
This route requires high clearance vehicles. It is near our campground, so I will scout the drive on Friday morning.
Total distance: 10.3 miles
Total gain: 4200 feet
Terrain: nearly all trail, possible easy scramble on Burger Peak
Start time: 8am UT, 7am NV (may be adjusted because of temperature)
Duration: 9 hours
OAK GROVE TRAIL TO SUMMIT TRAIL
The trailhead is east of Signal Peak at the Oak Grove Campground, and can be reached by car. The trail steeply switchbacks up the south slopes. This seemed to be the most common route until the last few years when the Forsyth Trail became more popular. The main area of the fire was north of this route, but a few small pockets did reach the trail, including one pocket on the south side, but those appeared to be quickly contained. It's still possible it could be closed.
Total distance: 10.7 miles
Total gain: 5400 feet
Terrain: nearly all trail, possible easy scramble on Burger Peak
Start time: 8am UT, 7am NV (may be adjusted because of temperature)
Duration: 10 hours
I will post an update after Labor Day, when I get more information from the Forest Service.
