How do you get in shape to hike the big mountains? By hiking the small mountains a whole lot! This a fitness hike to summit Cheyenne Mountain (located on the west edge of town). We will be taking the standard route up and down and do an optional second lap for anyone looking for more. Great to get the blood flowing before you start your day.
